[求助] 流场模型加载问题

物理模型

物理模型
) `- c( u2 S' I3 q9 U1 U! S
各位高手帮忙看看这个模型(二分之一模型,左侧轴线为对称轴)$ H- C' }9 @8 d9 k# ~
红色的为电极和熔池,绿色部分全部是气体,紫色的是冷却坩锅。模型的周围是金属外壳封闭(就是最外层的线)。
/ Z, u( w6 O. V7 o2 c别的我不想多问,只想知道在流体模拟中,像电极,坩锅这样的固体应该如何设置边界?是vx,vy,vz=0么?" r! P& H" b$ c1 y) m
另外就是模型周围的温度加载是如何考虑的。我试过把模型周围加上室温还有就是冷却坩锅加室温,结果要么不收敛,要么结果一片红?+ E3 O: I5 S+ P
请各位高手帮分析一下。谢谢!
